Great service with much authenticity. Exactly what you need when travelling to somewhere new. The driver and agency representative Meena Medhat stayed an extra hour with me to ensure a hotel at 3 am. Constantly in contact with activity provider to make sure it don't miss my early balloon ride.

Personable English speaking guide who met me outside baggage claim. Would have liked a personal sign with my name and not the tour company’s name like everyone else’s. Oat transfer was nice to the West Bank and even though the car was really old to pick me up on the other side, the driver was great!

I think sign with customer names instead of tour company would be beneficial maybe it was just me but being tired off the plane I had to read through the activity description again to realize who was there as my ride. the company sends someone to pick you up and then hands you off to some driver. driver was fine and did type up a translated message that they dont get paid by company hut rely on tips to survive. which is typical Egypt everyone asking tips.
