Cancellation Procedures
If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer service team directly. Here's what you need to know:
Self-Service Cancellation
- Log in to your Red Sea Quest account
- Go to "My Bookings" in your dashboard
- Find the booking you wish to cancel
- Click the "Cancel Booking" button
- Confirm your cancellation

Refund Processing
When a refund is due according to our cancellation policy, here's what you can expect:
Refund Timeframes
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5-10 business days
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for booking. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times.
Partial Refunds
For certain specialty tours or during peak season, partial refunds may apply based on the specific policy detailed on the tour page. These policies will be clearly communicated before booking.
Special Circumstances
Weather-Related Cancellations
If a tour is cancelled by Red Sea Quest due to unsafe weather conditions or other safety concerns, you will be offered either:
- A full refund
- Rebooking for an alternative date at no extra charge
- Credit toward another tour of equal or greater value (you pay the difference)
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, etc.), we may modify our standard cancellation policy. Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the aim of finding a fair solution for all parties involved.
Group Bookings
For group bookings (6 or more people), special cancellation terms may apply:
- 7+ days before tour: Full refund
- 3-6 days before tour: 50% refund
- 0-2 days before tour: No refund
