1.2 Eligibility

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a tour.
  • Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the excursion.

1.3 Tour Modifications

Red Sea Quest may modify itineraries or cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

2. Booking and Payment Policies

2.1 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. Verify all details immediately and inform us of discrepancies within 24 hours.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and cash (for select tours).
  • Tour prices are inclusive of taxes and fees unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Advance Booking

  • To secure availability, book at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Group or private bookings may require a deposit, details of which will be provided during the booking process.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Guest-Initiated Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour to receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

3.2 Operator-Initiated Cancellations

  • Weather or Safety Concerns: Guests will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
  • Operational Issues: Guests will be informed promptly and offered alternatives.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Punctuality

Arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiture without refund.

4.2 Compliance with Safety Guidelines

Follow all instructions from our certified guides and staff. Red Sea Quest reserves the right to remove guests engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior without a refund.

4.3 Fitness and Health

Ensure you are medically fit for marine activities. Disclose any pre-existing conditions during booking to allow appropriate planning.

5. Liability Disclaimer

5.1 Assumption of Risk

By participating in marine activities, you acknowledge and accept associated risks.

5.2 Limited Liability

  • Red Sea Quest is not liable for injuries caused by non-compliance with safety instructions.
  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.

5.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather or governmental actions.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
